Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 30 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of SourovStore email services. By using our service you agree to follow it. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page.
1. Prohibited content & activity
You must not use SourovStore to send, store or distribute:
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or marketing without verifiable consent.
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation or any attempt to deceive recipients.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware or links intended to harm devices.
- Content that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or the law of the recipient.
- Child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or incitement to violence.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups.
2. Sending limits & fair use
Mailboxes are intended for normal business and personal correspondence. Reasonable per-hour and per-day sending limits apply to protect deliverability for all customers. Bulk or transactional mass-mailing requires a dedicated solution — contact us first. We may throttle or suspend accounts that generate abnormal volumes or spam complaints.
3. Security & account responsibility
- Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for activity from your mailbox; report compromise immediately.
- Do not attempt to breach, scan or disrupt our systems or other customers' accounts.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, rate-limiting, suspension or termination depending on severity. Serious or illegal abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities. We aim to contact you before acting unless the abuse is severe or ongoing.
5. Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from our service, email abuse@sourovstore.dev with full headers and details. We investigate every report.
