Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We built SourovStore to keep your communications private — we never sell your data or read your mailbox contents.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, username, email, phone, country, and address you provide at sign-up.
- Billing data: plan, payment method, and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and logs needed for security and abuse prevention.
2. What we do NOT do
We do not read, scan for advertising, sell, or share the contents of your emails, contacts, or calendar. Your mailbox is yours.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the Services, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, billing, support), prevent abuse, and comply with law.
4. Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Connections use TLS encryption. We enforce SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MTA-STS, run anti-spam and anti-malware filtering, and apply rate-limiting and bot protection across the platform.
5. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can request deletion of your account data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@sourovstore.dev to make a request.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
