You agree not to use the Services to send spam, phishing, malware, or any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data, or use the Services in a way that degrades performance for others. We operate strict anti-abuse controls to protect the deliverability and reputation of every customer on the platform.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly). A 14-day free trial is available; you will not be charged during the trial and may cancel any time before it ends. Prices are shown in BDT and may be paid via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, ideally with notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
