If you’re not satisfied with your first paid plan, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No long forms — just email us.
2. How to request
Email billing@sourovstore.dev from your account email with your order reference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card) within 7–10 business days.
3. What’s covered
- First-time purchases of any plan, within 30 days.
- Both monthly and yearly cycles qualify on the first payment.
4. What’s not covered
- Renewals after the first billing period.
- Accounts terminated for abuse or Terms violations.
- Add-on mailboxes purchased mid-cycle (prorated case by case).
5. Free trial
The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate risk-free. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
